Shipping Information


We ship all of our furniture with white glove service, which means that experienced furniture professionals will inspect, store and safely transport  your furniture to your home, and then carefully place all items  according to your design specifications.  White glove delivery is included in the price for our local customers.  For those not living in the Palm Beach County area, we will provide an estimate for white glove delivery in your area after you place your online order and confirm all details with our design team.   

All orders are custom manufactured to your specifications, and timing will depend on a number of factors that are often beyond our control.   We find that 16-20 weeks is a good estimate from the day your order was finalized to white glove delivery.  We will provide updates prior to your delivery date.

We take responsibility for items that arrive to your home damaged, although we consider this a very rare experience, given our inspection and white glove delivery process.  After our delivery team has fully unpacked and installed your furniture, please do a careful inspection to check for any damage that may have occurred in transit.  If issues are found, take photos and document them in detail on the delivery team's Proof of Delivery form before signing.  Reach out to us immediately so that we may assist with next steps toward restoring your piece to proper condition in a timely fashion.


Standard domestic shipping is complimentary within the United States. When complete, your framed piece is wrapped in bubble wrap, secured firmly within more protective packaging in the box and delivered to you within 3-6 weeks of placing your order. You'll receive an email and tracking number as soon as your framed artwork is shipped. Transit times are all estimates provided by the shipping carriers (UPS & USPS). We are not responsible for any delays.

All orders are custom printed so please consider carefully before ordering. All sales are final and we are not able to accept returns.  If your print is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, additional shipping fees will apply. Please contact us within 7 days if you receive a print that has been damaged in transit. We will request you to provide photographic evidence showing the damage, so we can notify the printing company. 


You should expect to receive your tile within 6-8 weeks. Larger orders and delicate material, including most orders of porcelain tiles, may need to be shipped via freight. Charges may also apply to hard-to-reach areas such as military bases and locations only accessible via ferry. These charges will be assessed after your order is processed, and you will be contacted to provide payment for said charges. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you. carriers. The freight company may contact you to set up a delivery appointment. These orders will normally include curbside delivery only.
